On the menu the other night was one of my favorite meals, linguini
and clams. Luckily Jon likes it a lot too so we make it pretty often. I
usually add garlic bread but we didn't have any and its still delicious
without it. This recipe makes 4 "jon and Kristen-sized" portions.
enjoy!

-
1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
-
1 teaspoon minced garlic
- juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoon dried parsley
-
ground black pepper to taste
-
1/2 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 (16 ounce) package linguini pasta
